Who we are

Mission Statement

At The Vault Unlocking Potential, we champion a society where every individual, regardless of their background or circumstances, is embraced without prejudice. Our inclusive approach extends to those with convictions and complex needs who may not qualify for mainstream services.

We believe that with the right support network and knowledge, individuals can exceed expectations and challenge societal biases. Through innovative transitional planning and comprehensive support, we advocate for pathways to meaningful employment, training, and social inclusion. By embracing these opportunities, people can lead fulfilling lives within their communities.

Our guiding principle is: “Social justice, without prejudice, knowledge is power.

What is advocacy?

Advocacy is taking action to help people say what they want, secure their rights, represent their interests and obtain the services they need. Advocates and Advocacy Providers work in partnership with the people they support and take their side. Advocacy promotes social inclusion, equality and social justice.
