Grant Writer for Community Advocacy Services.
- Location: England, United Kingdom (Remote options available)
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential funding sources, including government grants, private foundations, and corporate sponsorships.
- Write, edit, and submit grant proposals and applications.
- Develop compelling narratives that effectively communicate the organization's mission, programs, and impact.
- Ensure all grant proposals meet funder guidelines and requirements.
- Manage the grant application process, including deadlines, documentation, and follow-up.
- Maintain relationships with funders and provide regular updates on project progress.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in grant writing, preferably in the community advocacy or nonprofit sector.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive proposals.
- Knowledge of various funding sources and grant application processes.
- Passion for community advocacy and a commitment to making a positive impact.

Position Overview
The Vault Unlocking Potential is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Volunteer Community Advocate. This role offers the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on your community while gaining valuable skills and experience. The right applicant will receive a fully funded Level 2 advocate qualification and comprehensive support.
Responsibilities
- Advocacy: Support and represent community members in navigating services, resources, and processes.
- Community Outreach: Engage with the community to identify needs and raise awareness of available support.
- Case Management Work with individuals and families to develop action plans and provide ongoing support.
- Public Speaking: Represent the organization at community events, workshops, and meetings.
- Collaboration: Partner with local organizations, service providers, and stakeholders to enhance advocacy efforts.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on advocacy activities and outcomes.
- A Passion for helping others and making a positive impact on the community.
- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- - Commitment to completing the Level 2 advocacy qualification.
- - Prior experience in advocacy or community work is a plus, but not required.
